Welcome to Kymnastics Ltd These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants (children) and their parents/guardians when enrolling in our classes, camps, or events. By registering your child with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
1. Registration and Enrolment

All children must be registered using our official registration form before attending any class.

Health and emergency contact information must be accurate and kept up to date.

A parent or guardian must provide signed consent for participation.
2. Payment Terms

Fees must be paid in full by the start of each term or block of classes.

Payment methods accepted: [e.g., bank transfer, card, direct debit].

Fees are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by the club.

Missed classes (due to illness, holidays, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be carried over unless agreed in advance.
3. Class Attendance and Punctuality

Please arrive on time to ensure your child gets a full warm-up and instruction.

Children must be collected promptly at the end of the session.

Repeated late pickups may result in additional charges or a review of the child’s enrolment.
4. Safety and Supervision

All instructors are fully qualified and follow the appropriate health and safety guidelines.

Children must follow instructions from coaches at all times for their safety and the safety of others.

If a child behaves in a way that endangers themselves or others, parents will be contacted, and the child may be suspended or removed from the class.
5. Behaviour Policy

We expect respectful, kind, and cooperative behaviour from all participants.

Bullying, aggression, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Parents/guardians will be informed of any ongoing issues.
6. Medical Information and Emergencies

Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs.

In the event of an emergency, we will call the emergency contact and/or seek medical treatment for your child as needed.

First Aid will be administered by a qualified staff member when appropriate.
7. Clothing and Personal Belongings

Children must wear appropriate gymnastics attire: flexible clothing, no jewellery, and hair tied back.

All personal belongings brought to class are the responsibility of the child and their parent/guardian.

The club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
8. Cancellation & Termination

The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes (e.g. due to low numbers, holidays, or unforeseen events).

In such cases, we will offer a refund or credit.

We reserve the right to terminate a child’s place if terms are consistently breached, particularly around behaviour or non-payment.
9. Use of Photos and Videos

We may take photos or videos during classes or events for promotional use.

No images will be used without your written consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

If consent is not given, we will ensure your child is not included in promotional materials.
10. Liability

While we take every reasonable step to ensure your child’s safety, gymnastics is a physical activity and carries inherent risks.
Kymnastics Ltd, its coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries that occur as a result of normal participation unless due to negligence.
11. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

Information is kept secure and only used for club-related purposes (e.g. class management, emergencies, communication).
